Kelana Mahkota Condominium is located in Kelana Jaya, just opposite the LDP Highway (Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong) from where Giant Hypermarket is.
If you're coming from the NKVE highway instead, Kelana Mahkota lies just after the exit of the Subang Jaya toll gates, first turning to the left just after Petronas and Shell gas stations.
The condo's location is in a very strategic area, connecting residents to two main highways from the front and back. Through these major trunk roads, residents can easily travel
to Damansara, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur and cross from LDP to NKVE easily at the cross section where Kelana Mahkota is situated.
Kelana Mahkota is a middle class residential condominium that is serene and well taken care off. It has a healthy residents association with a well maintained garden surrounding an attractively decorated
swimming pool area. It is a clean environment hosting mostly families from educated background. It has security cameras located in elevator lobby areas with a number of guards that patrol the compound around the clock.
Residents of Kelana Mahkota can utilize the gymnasium, swimming pool and also the two badminton and two tennis courts. The pool has a sufficiently huge swimming area with tastefully placed coconut trees and lush green
plants surrounding it. It's beautifully lit at night to promote a tranquil atmosphere beneath the heavens. Unlike the semi maintained gyms found at other condominiums, the one in Kelana Mahkota is in tip top
condition. Facing the pool, the gym has full length windows for a splendid view with top of the line equipment only found in commercially gyms with expensive memberships. The gyms are clean, appealing and
will easily cater to all your workout needs.
Also within the compounds, one can find a convenience store, hair salon and a laundy shop. There is also a cafe near the pool, however from personal experience, I find the cafe place below
acceptable service quality and would be the only sore point of Kelana Mahkota. The variety of food is few and the toast bread I had there was probably the worst I've eaten. Dried and unappealing.
But on the positive note, there is an external gerai/warung located just opposite outside the condominium gates which seem to receive a consistent following. They serve mostly dinner crowds.
Across the road are several Mamak restaurants which open for 24 hours a day and serve food that are both appetizing and abundant in variety. For those without personal transport, food is just within
walking distance of 3 minutes.
Next to Kelana Mahkota lies Kelana Square, a large commercial square that hosts cafes, restaurants, clinics, legal representatives, convenience stores, CCTV/Alarm shops, stationary shops and many more.
It's roughly 10-15 minutes walk away and part of the plus points for residents of the area.
The LRT station is 10 minutes drive away and is convenient for those wanting to travel to KL by train.
The Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport or formerly known as the Subang International Airport is located just 15 minutes away with a mostly clear smooth drive.

Within 3 Kilometer distance, you will be able to find the usual franchises such as KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway Sandwich Outlet and all the major banks - Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and RHB.
Mamak stalls are abundantly scattered within the 3km distance for 24 hour gastronomical convenience while not being too closed by to devalue the property itself. Car workshops are also numerous along with
hardware shops, baker's shop and also a huge chinese hawker center. Petrol stations such as Caltex, Shell, Petronas are just a stone's throw away.

The Developer of Kelana Mahkota
Kelana Mahkota was developed by SMI Cityhome Sdn. Bhd. They also developed other nearby condos in the area such as Kelana D'Putera, Kelana Puteri, and the higher end Sterling Condominium.
The condo consists of 3 blocks A,B and C, consisting of 712 units with two levels of basement parking.
Type of Units
In Kelana Mahkota, you can choose between the Duplex Units and standard units.
The Duplex Units has a build-up area from 1,724 sqf to 1,814 sqf.
The Standard Units range from 1,260 sqf to 1,352 sqf.
When it was launched, the prices of standard units were between RM243,164.00 to RM269,893 and the price for the duplex was between RM325,014 to RM361-540. That was in 2004.
The market price for a standard unit of 1260 sqf is now close to RM400,000 and over RM500,000 for the duplex unit.
